"A Celebration of Life," our 21st Annual Gala, featured beautiful Chinese art, music and dance. Among the many auction items was a special dinner and a movie at the new Embassy Chancery Building.

We were honored to present the “Hospice Hero” award to Congressmen Chris Van Hollen. The award was given to honor Congressman Van Hollen’s “long-time commitment, dedicated service to and crucial support of Hospice Care.”

One of the items that was auctioned off is the original artwork shown below. "Lotus" was designed by Yifei Gan, a Professor of Art at Howard Community College and a prominent Chinese Artist.
