Most Montgomery Hospice patients receive care in their own homes.
Helping people live out their lives in dignity and comfort at home is Montgomery Hospice's core service. Supporting patients living safely and comfortably in their homes is one of the best ways of providing quality of life at the end of life. Members of the Montgomery Hospice team visit Hospice at Home patients wherever they live. This includes single-family homes and apartments, as well as extended care facilities, assisted living centers or nursing homes. In 2016, Montgomery Hospice cared for 1,649 patients in their homes.
