All of us as individuals have a stress-response system which enables us to cope with and adapt to the stressors in life in various ways. Why is it that this given capacity works better for some than others? And how can we encourage more effective resilience in the workplace? The answers to these questions have obvious implications for employee productivity, office morale and job satisfaction. Join us for a conversation about resilience in the workplace as we consider the challenges which surround it, as well as some corporate and practical strategies for reinforcing more effective resilience in our work and in our lives generally.
